Puritan Products has an extensive line of SEMI, VLSI, and Electronic grade process chemicals to meet your needs. In addition to the Puritan fab process acids, bases, and solvents, we offer a line of mixed acid and buffered oxide etchants. All of these products are available in a variety of packaging configurations. The SEMI and VLSI line includes acetic acid, acetone, ammonium fluoride, ammonium hydroxide, buffered oxide etchants (BOE), hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, hydrofluoric acid dips, hydrogen peroxide, isopropyl alcohol, methanol, mixed acid etchants (MAE), n-butyl acetate, fuming nitric acid, nitric acid, 1-methyl-2-pyrrolidinone (NMP), phosphoric acid, potassium hydroxide solution, sodium hydroxide solution, fuming sulfuric acid, sulfuric acid, tetramethylammonium hydroxide (TMAH), toluene, trichloroethylene, and xylenes.

Any of the above can be blended or diluted to your specifications. With deionized water that exceeds electronic grade specifications and with resistivity of ~17.5 meg-ohm•cm, we can formulate very pure dilutions of any process chemical to meet your specifications.
