Our pharmaceutical grade products are manufactured in a cGMP facility and meet USP, EP, BP, JP or a combination of some or all of these compendia. Our compendial products are available in package sizes and materials of construction to meet your specific requirements.

SEMI and VLSI grade fab process chemicals from acetic acid to xylene are available in bottles, pails, drums, and totes. Blended fab process chemicals such as buffered oxide etchants (BOE), mixed acid etchants (MAE), hydrofluoric acid dips (dilute HF), and aluminum etchants are our specialty and are blended to your specifications.

ACS Reagent grade acids, bases, and solvents are available in bottles, pails, carboys, drums, and totes. High purity inorganic salts are available in drums and bags for your convenience. Our line of reagent grade chemicals also includes fuming acids--both nitric and sulfuric in various fuming concentrations and in a variety of standard packages.
