Acid Blends or Dilutions

With our extensive line of ACS grade acids including nitric, hydrochloric, sulfuric, acetic, hydrofluoric, phosphoric, perchloric, and many others, we have the quality and breadth of chemicals available to blend or dilute acids to your specifications. Provide us with your raw material and finished good specifications and your blend or dilution will be made and packaged to meet your needs.

Base Dilutions

Our line of ACS grade bases such as ammonium hydroxide, sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, etc., can be diluted to your specifications. Just give us your raw material and finished good specifications and your dilution will be manufactured and packaged to meet your needs.

Salt Solutions

At Puritan Products we can make salt solutions to your specifications with almost any salt. We have designed and manufactured various salt solution blend tanks with very efficient mixing to make these solutions. With our very pure deionized, USP grade water and our salt solution tank with validated clean-out we can supply you with the salt solution you need in the packaging that you need.

Solvent Blends or Dilutions

If you need a high-purity solvent blend, look no further than Puritan Products, Inc.  Our explosion-proof, stainless steel blending system, designed and constructed in-house, was put into service specifically for the manufacture of solvent-based blends or solvent dilutions. The 500-gallon portable, stand-alone unit on a self-contained skid has all stainless steel fittings and tubing and all Teflon gaskets to make it fully compatible with solvent-based blends. It was designed with features to facilitate flexibility, including the ability to change the filtration profile and provide inert gas blanketing. Puritan's stainless steel blending system is loaded with features that will ensure the highest degree of purity.

Puritan Products has long term, proven contract manufacturing capabilities to major suppliers in the laboratory reagent market and to manufacturing in general. Our personnel have extensive experience in the manufacture of chemical blends for the reagent and industrial markets. We have accumulated years of knowledge and understanding of the customer requirements in the markets that we serve. In addition to manufacturing proprietary formulations and partnering with a variety of major industry suppliers by becoming an extension of their manufacturing operations, we provide quality control method development techniques and have a fully equipped laboratory to perform all of the analysis required. Our quality control test methods are validated and accurate. To accommodate our partners in the industries we serve, we have custom contract manufacturing equipment that was designed and constructed in-house. Our philosophy is to provide an open partnership environment with our contract manufacturing partners.
