To provide high-purity materials and services that meet or exceed the expectations of our customers, and to continually improve our processes while doing so. We will accomplish this objective without compromising the health and safety of our employees, or the security of the environment.
Quality Objectives
- Minimize and Prevent Accidents. We will accomplish this objective by creating an atmosphere that fosters accident-free performance within our work force, to which our employees have the opportunity and responsibility to positively contribute.
- Prevent reportable releases of hazardous substances to the environment and any violation of government imposed environmental regulations. We will accomplish this objective by continually promoting awareness within our work force of the responsibility all employees have in preserving the state of the environment, and of how actions, both individually and collectively may affect its condition.
- Decrease the volume of rework and regulated waste generated at our facility to an absolute minimum relative to total hours worked and volume processed.
- Strive to improve customer satisfaction.
- Strive to improve employee satisfaction.
- Increase revenues while striving to maintain or increase historical gross profit margins.
- Increase productivity.
